10th August 1940 TOTNES.
SAQC have provided shower baths and washing-up facilities. Billets greatly improved.
11th August 1940
A Company arrived Stowford House, IVY BRIDGE. Billets good but no proper washing facilities – water scarce in Bowden House – and has to be hand pumped.
