Lieut Colonel D V G Brock attended a Conference presided by the Colonel of the Middlesex Regiment, Brevet Colonel M Brown, which all Middlesex and Kensington Commanding Officers attended.

Today the Battalion dropped its Machine Gun role and commenced re-organising into a Support Battalion.

Headquarters Company was disbanded and the old members distributed to other Companies within the Battalion.

Lieut T B Walsh appointed Battalion Education Officer.

Lieut J T Stanyer appointed Battalion Gas Officer.

The G.O.C. Major General H O Curtis paid a very brief visit in the morning and stayed to lunch.

A lecture was given by Lieut J Volsik, Czechoslovakian Forces on “Czechoslovakia”.
