Although the text is unreadable – as indicated above – it is apparent that these few days were taken up with the move to the new location and the arrival of replacement troop carrying vehicles from the Vehicle Replacement Depot.

Lt Winton proceeded on leave.

16 November 1942

Change of Command – Unit left 49 Division and came under Command of Central Midlands District.

17 November 1942

Captain R Poole visited O.C. RASC Leamington and made recce of location for B Platoon at Knowle.

18 November 1942

Lt Marriage joined Unit from O.T.S. Southend.

19 November 1942

B Platoon prepared to move on detachment.

20 November 1942

B Platoon moved to new location at Knowle, Lt Marriage in command.

21 November 1942

Company football team beat 146 Field Ambulance 6 – 2.

22 November 1942

Major J S P Hall-Patch T.D. returned from leave.
