1 June 1943 RUSTINGTON.

The Regiment takes over Air Defence of Great Britain (ADGB) operational sites at Littlehampton, Bognor and Farnborough.

3 June 1943

Lieutenant (QM) J A TOWNEND is posted to the Regiment.

9 June 1943

2/Lieut P A HEADLAND wins the Polar Bear Medal on obtaining a “D” (Distinction) at Regiment Signals Instructor Course, Catterick.

20 June 1943 WAKES COLNE.

Regiment is relieved of commitments in South Eastern Command and moves to Eastern Command where it takes over ADGB operational sites at Thames Haven, Ipswich, Frinton, Clacton and Walton.

26 June 1943

During the absence on duty of Lt Col H C Cory MC RA, the command of the Regiment devolves on Major D S Hunter RA.

28 June 1943

Lieut R J M DAWES RA is posted to the Regiment from 66th Anti-Tank Regiment, Royal Artillery.

29 June 1943

Lt Col H C Cory MC RA resumes command of the Regiment.
