Initially interred Sonkrai Cemetery Grave 32/37 Block C (no date given). Re-buried December 1945 in Grave B3.K.15, Thanbyuzayat War Cemetery. Headstone inscription reads:- "LOVINGLY REMEMBERED BY HIS WIFE ELSIE AND SONS JOHN AND HOWARD".
Home address Son of John Sylvanus and Mary Ann Armstrong. Husband of Elsie Smith Armstrong of Felton, Northumberland (married Q2 1927, Morpeth). In 1939 Angus was living with his wife and two sons, and a lady lodger - a shorthand typist, at 3, Beacon Streeet, Alnwick, Northumberland, and working as a Colliery Deputy Overman. (When Battalion Part II Orders were written in September 1945 his widow was described as living at 3, Beacon Road, Hampeth, Morpeth).
