Home address At the time of the 1939 Register John was working as a Salesman for the Co-op Painting Department. Regimental records, and the 1939 Register, show that John and his family (probably siblings) lived at 10, Cowpen Road, Cowpen, Blyth. Research suggests that he married Isabella Dryden Q2 1940 - registered in Newcastle upon Tyne. (This information needs confirmation as there are similar entries for men with the same name).
