Died/Killed in action DIED of Dysentery and debility 1/8/1943. Buried initially in Grave 82/2 at Tarsoa No. 2 Cemetery. Re-interred 1/3/1946 in Grave 4.A.56. Kanchanaburi War Cemetery. Headstone inscription reads:- "TOO FAR AWAY YOUR GRAVE TO SEE BUT NOT TOO FAR TO THINK OF THEE. R.I.P.".
