A young Durham Light Infantryman in a photo from the collection of the Whitehouse family, who have no knowledge of his identity. Who is he? Where was the photo taken?

This image was taken in Iceland and possibly features a group of drivers - likely from 1st Tyneside Scottish. Pte Louis Henri (Harry) Rowell is at front centre, The identities of the other soldiers are required if anyone can help. Thanks are due to Pte Rowell's family for the photograph.
