The suggestion that Pte Robinson was a Prisoner of War - presumably captured in May 1940 - does not correlate to the apparent date of his transfer to the Black Watch and his posting to 1st Tyneside Scottish on 17/6/1940, as by then the remnants of the Battalion were back in the UK.  A search of the Black Watch Enlistment Books failed to find him.  This record will require further investigation.
