Home address Son of James and Minnie Louisa Scott (nee Howard). At the time of the 1939 General Register Charles was living in Glendale and working in the butchery trade - possibly for his father. Father lived in Roseberry Cottage, Wooler, Northumberland.

Fusilier Scott C. would appear to be the brother of Lance Corporal George Scott, who died on 27th September 1943 at Tanbizaya, although they were both in HQ Company.
