Died/Killed in action Died 8/1/1941. Buried in Enfield Highway (St James) Churchyard. Headstone inscription - "DEEP IN OUR HEARTS HE IS LIVING YET WE LOVED HIM TOO DEARLY TO EVER FORGET". The transcription in Ancestry.com of the Parish Register - page 51, entry number 406, is incorrect and shows his burial as 14/1/1940, when it should read 14/1/1941.
Home address Son of George Albert Victor and Ellen Robertson Stirrat Wright, of Enfield. He was living at 1, Ashley Road, Enfield. As will be seen from the photograph - courtesy of the Find A Grave Website - his father is buried next to him.
