Home address Father William Richard Tompkinson - died April 1936 aged 46. Mother - Annie May Smith - died July 1964 aged 77. William married Ellen M Driscoll on 16/3/1946. She was then serving as a Clerk in the A.T.S. - number 298244. He was living at 123 Branston Road, Burton upon Trent and working as a Motor Omnibus Driver - having worked as a Conductor at the time of his conscription. They had eight children.
