Dates given for 10th Bn did not entirely fit the Battalion location as the Battalion was in Iceland at that time. It cannot yet be confirmed if Lt Donnelly did in fact serve for part of the posting to Iceland. Lt Donnelly is shown as a Lt in RASC 9/5/1942 (Gazetted 9/9/1946). Research in the genealogy field suggests that there are errors in the McGregor Index data and amendments were required. It is hoped that further family history information will clarify the dates more accurately.
