This remote location is extremely small and was included as an example to show that building remains - essentially Nissen Huts - can be seen at many points along the coast. These buildings, despite being constructed in 1940 for an estimated life of no more than ten years, are still in use as storage, barns, agricultural premises and industrial uses of various kinds seventy years later.
The couple of photographs below were taken to illustrate this phenomenon.
