Transferred to The Durham Light Infantry 1/7/1944, and posted to the 10th Battalion DLI. Posted 9th Bn DLI on the disbandment of 10th Battalion. Posted missing 21/1/1945. Known to have been taken Prisoner of War. Repatriated to the UK. Relegated to the Class Z Army Reserve 29/1/1946.
