| The CANLOAN Officers Website - which is, sadly, no longer being maintained - indicates that Lt Bedford was attached to two units during his CANLOAN service - the second of which was 11th DLI. He is, unfortunately, not mentioned at all in the Battalion War Diary, nor in the Officer Returns - so this has yet to be confirmed. Investigations will continue to trace information about him.
