The Field Return of Officers contained only Major Collings and Captain Phillips from the Return dated 1 January 1944 – the other Officers listed then having presumably been posted elsewhere. On this occasion Captain Phillips was on leave.

Added to the Officer strength were :-

L. Clarke, REME Workshop Officer, joined 8/1/1944.

H. Corthorn, REME Workshop Officer, joined 8/1/1944.

A Duthie, REME Workshop Officer, joined 8/1/1944.

E. Gregory, RAOC Operations Officer, joined 8/3/1944.

At this time, both Clarke and Gregory were on leave.

The Field Return of Other Ranks showed 182 men against the War Establishment of 184, with 16 men surplus and two reinforcements required.
