07:10 hours. Main Body leaves for new location – Pembrey House, Burry Port, Carmarthenshire.
20:00 hours. Main Body arrives Staging Camp, Apley Castle, Wellington.
Rear Party left in the charge of Captain Hanlon.
2 January 1943
07:30 hours. Main Body leaves Wellington, arrives Pembrey 18:30 hours.
3 January 1943 – Pembrey
Cleaning and allocation of quarters.
3 January 1943 – Pembrey
Visit of ADMS and DADMS.
5 January 1943 – Pembrey
C.O. inspects Camps of; Brigade HQ, 10th DLI, 70th Infantry Brigade Company (presumably the RASC Company).
6 January 1943 – Pembrey
17:00 hours. Rear Party arrives.
7 January 1943 – Pembrey
Routine.
8 January 1943 – Pembrey
Major Longbotham to Foxley Manor as acting DADMS.
Captain Black posted as Regimental Medical Officer, 11th DLI.

Training Conference – Brigade HQ.
10 - 12 January 1943 – Pembrey
Transport and unloading of stores for 32 Mule Company R.I.A.S.C. at Ashburnham Camp.
12 January 1943 – Pembrey
11:55 hours. Visit of Divisional Commander.
13 January 1943 – Pembrey
Mule pack training and semaphore begins.
14 January 1943 – Pembrey
Routine training. Cross Country run.
15 January 1943 – Pembrey
Field Day. Mess-tin cookery. Chiropody Course assembles.

Brigade Boxing Tournament.

Fixture – Rugby with Brigade HQ Team.
Audit Boards completed. Delay was due to delay in receiving Bank balances and statements which were not received until 15/1/1943.
18 January 1943 – Pembrey
Reconnaissance of Base Camp.
20 January 1943 – Pembrey
Working Party to Base Camp to prepare tentage etc. for Unit.
Mule training continues.
29 January 1943 – Pembrey
Mule training postponed indefinitely. Instructions received for change to new Establishment with effect from 27th January.
30 January 1943 – Pembrey
Unit wins Brigade Rugby Cup.
31 January 1943 – Pembrey
