22:00 hours. Major General M.M. LOCKHART C.I.E., M.C. Military Secretary to the Secretary of State for INDIA, accompanied by the Commander, Indian Contingent, and Rissaldar Major visited the unit and went round the lines. Weather cloudy and cold, little rain in the morning.

21:00 hours. A short lecture was delivered by Lieut H THOMAS RIASC on “World Affairs”. Lieut A F ESTLICK RIASC and Jemadar MALIK MOHD KHAN Indian Army Veterinary Corps proceeded to RHYL (NORTH WALES) to attend an Indian Gala Night there. Weather cloudy and cold all day.

Three King’s Commissioned Officers and three Viceroy’s Commissioned Officers of the Company attended a demonstration showing the method of slinging animals held by 25 Mule Company, RIASC.
