Urn re-interred 16/9/1946 in Grave P.A.9. Yokohama War Cemetery. No inscription on headstone. Probate granted 4/5/1946 at Winchester Registry to Hilda Tyler, Sidney's widow.
Home address Son of Thomas G and Rosetta E Tyler. At the time of the 1939 General Register Sidney was listed as a single man living in Essex with his family and working as an Electrician's Apprentice, although he was apparently literally just about to be married. Sidney married Hilda Horne (or Powl) in Brentwood Essex in Q3 1939. Sidney and his wife lived at 18, Council Houses, Herrongate, Essex.
