18:00 Hours. Captain F Dodds attended No. 12 Course, School of Artillery, York.

No. 918187 Gunner Smith J G 295 Battery, transferred to 171 Tunnelling Company, Royal Engineers.

922303 Bombardier Oakley J and 913439 Gunner Thompson W posted to Royal Artillery Depot, Woolwich.

3 April 1940 – Sunderland

18:00 hours. 752352 WO II Chesney E admitted to Royal Infirmary, Sunderland, with compound fracture and other injuries following road accident.

5 April 1940 – Sunderland

18:00 hours. 916770 Gunner Akien J and 913663 Gunner Hooks D medically boarded and found permanently unfit for any form of military service.

Court of Enquiry under Major S W Milburn M.C. Royal Artillery on the road accident in which WO II Chesney E sustained extensive injuries.

9 April 1940 – Sunderland

18:00 hours. No. 946554 Gunner Godley E admitted to Municipal Hospital Sunderland, suffering from Scabies.

12 April 1940 – Sunderland

18:00 hours. Board of Officers under the presidency of Major S W Martin Royal Artillery assembled for the purpose of auditing all the Accounts of the Regiment except Imprest Accounts.

13 April 1940 – Sunderland

18:00 hours. 2/Lieut W L Guiney-Walsh and No. 913662 Lance Sergeant Mincovitch M H proceeded to SCARBOROUGH for Signal Training Course.

No. 947649 Gunner Lockwood S 294 Field Battery posted to Depot, Royal Artillery, Woolwich.

15 April 1940 – Sunderland

18:00 hours. 917079 Cockerill A transferred to RASC 537 Ammunition Company, LOUGHBOROUGH.
