C.I.M.T. Viewer arrived.

2/Lt Mabey returned from leave.

Church Parade HQ and W/S Section in  ? of B.D.S.

Company turned out to fight fires at Ludchurch.

4 May 1942

C.I.M.T. Inspector Captain Sibbley arrived.

Normal Training and Maintenance in Sections. HQ C.I.M.T. inspection.

5 May 1942

Viewer (C.I.M.T.) Inspected C Section vehicles.

Normal Training and Maintenance in the other Sections.

6 May 1942

O.C. and Captain Sibbley Inspected B & C Sections records.

7 May 1942

O.C. visited O i/c Records Hastings regarding the conversion of the Company. 2/Lt Campbell and Captain Sibbley visited Ministry of Supply, Swansea.

O.C. Returned from Hastings. Visited War Office en route regarding vehicles. Men of Company Pay.

Board of Survey for Disposal of M.T. Parts. C.I.M.T. in attendance.

Company Football Team beat R.A.F. 9 - 3.

10 May 1942.

Captain Sibbley C.I.M.T. Interviewed by C.O. regarding final information and results of C.I.M.T. Inspection.

11 May 1942

Captain Sibbley C.I.M.T. completed his work and left.

12 May 1942

13 May 1942

O.C. visited Saundersfoot and Tenby.

14 May 1942

O.C. and Adjutant recce Priscelly Mountain Area for Battle Demonstration “Detail”.

2/Lt Mabey visited Carmarthen re route etc.

15 May 1942

O.C. and Lt Campbell visited Ashchurch H.E.S.D. and exchanged two Austin cars for Utilities (two). Men of Company Pay.

16 May 1942

Further recce by by 2/Lt Mabey of Priscelly Mountain Area owing to change of Orders for Battle Demonstration.

17 May 1942

Coaches conveyed Home Guard from Cardigan, Llanelly, Carmarthen, Llandilo, and Pioneer Corps from Tenby to Battle Demonstration. All available personnel from Sections attended.

18 May 1942

O.C. visited Western Command HQ.

Normal Training.

19 May 1942

O.C. returned from Western Command HQ.

All Sections went to Penally Ranges (Bren and F.S.M.).

20 May 1942

O.C. visited B & C Sections and inspected Personnel etc.

21 May 1942

O.C. visited A Section.

Captain Bell interviewed by a General Officer at Abergavenny.

Training film shown to all Sections. Recreational film in the evening.

22 May 1942
