1 January 1943 – Pembroke Dock.

Rear Party arrived from ABERMARLAIS PARK, LLANGADOCK.

CREME of 49 Division visited Unit.

4 January 1943

10:00 hours. Workshops set up and ready to commence operations with tools and equipment available.

12:00 hours. ADOS 49 Division visited Unit.

7 January 1943

16:30 hours. G.o.C. 49 Division (Major General CURTIS) visited Unit and inspected workshops and accommodation.

8 January 1943

One Albion 3-ton breakdown vehicle No. L 211624 received from 28 Vehicle Replacement Depot, GOPSALL.

11 January 1943

Training programme recommenced, providing for weekly periods of Regimental Training and instruction for Workshops personnel. Services of A.P.T.S. Instructor obtained for daily instruction in P.T.

14 January 1943

13:05 hours. Civil air raid warning sounded.

13:20 hours. All clear.

13:40 hours. Second warning sounded.

14:00 hours. All clear.

21 January 1943

Colonel BRIDGER, CREME 49 Division, visited and inspected Unit.

24 January 1943

9 3-ton lorries with drivers attached temporarily to 146 Infantry Brigade Workshop Company, REME.

31 January 1943

9 3-ton lorries with drivers returned to Unit from 146 Infantry Brigade Workshop Company.
