Died/Killed in action DIED 1/8/1943. Cause of death - Septic Pemflagia Poltavitaminosis. Buried initially in Grave 190N Chungkai, Siam. Re-interred in grave 8.D.2. Chungkai War Cemetery. Headstone inscription reads:- "EVER REMEMBERED BY MOTHER, SISTER, BROTHERS AND ALL FRIENDS IN ENGLAND".
