Headstone inscription reads:- "TILL MEMORY FADES AND LIFE DEPARTS HE WILL LIVE FOR EVER IN OUR HEARTS". Probate granted 4/3/1946 at Newcastle upon Tyne to Mary Josephine Nixon, widow.
