1 April 1942 Blaenau Festiniog.

At the beginning of the month, Unit was completely engaged on the erection of Summer Training Camps for Units of 49 Division.

This work, which was carried out during the whole of the month, consisted of the erection of camp installations, the provision of water supplies, road and bridge construction etc.

18 April 1942

2/Lt D Oglesby joined Unit from 141 OCTU and given command of 2 Section.

30 April 1942

On the last day of the month, work was completed, as estimated, on 70th Infantry Brigade Camp, and Unit prepared to move to new location for the erection of a further Brigade Group.
