1 February 1942 Long Burton.

At the beginning of the month, Unit was still employed on various hutting schemes in the Dorset area, all Sections now being concentrated in the Sherborne area.

2 February 1942

2/Lt D J McGaw posted away from Unit for overseas service.

3 February 1942

2/Lt H E T Toomer attending Animal Transport Course in South Wales.

13 February 1942

In view of possible move of Unit, every effort was made to hasten work on hutting erections, all available men being employed.

22 February 1942

2/Lt W G M Wilson posted to Unit from 142 OCTU.

23 February 1942

Lt P R McCawley despatched for Winter Warfare Course abroad.

During the latter part of the month, schemes were gradually handed over to 65 C.W. Company, Royal Engineers, and Unit began training. On the last day of the month, practically all work had been handed over and personnel were engaged in training.

28 February 1942

On the last day of the month, the Company strength was Officers 5; Other Ranks 209.
