2003167. Daughter Gloria Ann born at 9, Lavengro Road, Norwich. (Research suggests that the family name is Newson and the mother’s maiden name was Bradford. The marriage appears to have been in 1922 – John H Newson and Harriett Bradford in Shoreditch, Middlesex.)

1940725 and 2121135. Posted to this Unit from 294 Field Company, Royal Engineers.

21 November 1942

1908442 and 2011999. Placed on “Y” List and struck off the strength of this Unit having remained in Whitchurch Emergency Hospital for a consecutive period of 21 days.

2003067. A son, Reginald Leslie, born at Pegswood. (Research suggests that the family name is Leonard and the mother’s maiden name was Carrigan. Their marriage took place in Q2 of 1942 – Reginald W Leonard (born 15/10/1919, died December 2005 in Launceston) to Gladys M Carrigan (born 13/7/1924, died May 2001 Launceston, Cornwall)).

3658515, 10th DLI, attached to this Unit for one month for Course of Instruction as C. and J. (This may have involved catering, as this soldier was subsequently transferred to the Army Catering Corps).
