AQ Branch 23rd (Northumbrian) Division April 1940.

This month's War Diary consists of a single sheet for this Divisional Branch - based at HQ in Darlington.

(While clearly the availability of these orders, and particularly all the manpower lists, would have been very useful, the availability of several of them allowed the names listed to be added to the 23rd Divisional HQ Manpower database, for eventual uploading to these pages. It is unfortunate that full manpower embarkation lists were not included within the file. Efforts will continue to find them elsewhere - perhaps in the files of other units who received them at the time?)
