Kanchanaburi War Cemetery. Headstone inscription reads:- "WE LONG FOR THE TOUCH OF A VANISHED HAND THE SOUND OF A VOICE THAT IS STILL". Probate granted 15/7/1946 at Newcastle upon Tyne to Ethel Miller Forster, wife of John Alfred Forster.
