The photographs of the village taken during the research trip are set out below - more were taken than of other locations because of the significance of the village in the disaster of 20th May 1940. Hopefully the images of the largely agricultural areas demonstrate how easy the terrain would have been for the Panzer forces, and how diffucult any sort of defence would have been, from ground which was almost entirely flat in nature:-
